Question 1

How do I connect an account?

Accepted Answer

For Wildberries — an API token from your seller account (Settings → API access); for Ozon — Client-Id and Api-Key. Takes a couple of minutes, sync starts immediately.

Question 2

Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All keys are stored encrypted, and data collection only needs read-only access: with a token that has no write permission the platform cannot change a thing in your account. Actions that do change something (a price, stock, a review reply) are a separate scenario — you turn it on yourself and approve every action.

Question 3

Which marketplaces are supported?

Accepted Answer

Wildberries — fully. Ozon — products, stock, prices, orders, returns, finance and reviews; Ozon advertising is not collected yet. Other marketplaces, Yandex Market among them, are on the roadmap with no firm date.

Question 4

What are J-tokens?

Accepted Answer

An internal unit that pays for the AI analyst's answers and AI review analysis. One J-token costs 10 kopecks; an answer is priced from its actual cost at the model provider, so a short answer is cheaper than a long analysis. A typical assistant answer is about 40 J-tokens (≈ 4 ₽), a heavy analysis with several data queries up to 150 (≈ 15 ₽). A new organization gets a starter pack of 1,000 J-tokens — about twenty answers; modules add tokens with every payment, and you can top up when they run out. How much an answer costs you on average and how many answers your balance covers is shown under “Billing”.

Question 5

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime: modules are billed monthly, with no long-term commitment and no penalties. Your account data can be deleted in full.
